Sylvia Okwero is the Clinical Services Coordinator; Kenya Institute of Business and Counselling Studies (KIBCo). She holds a Bachelor of Arts (Major in Counselling Psychology and Minor in Sociology) Degree from Kenyatta University and an advanced Certificate in Marriage and Family Therapy from KIBCo. Sylvia Okwero has accrued experience in the field of Psychological and Addiction Counselling, Research and Training. She has been instrumental in advocating for psychosocial needs of the refugees in urban areas through research based contribution in various humanitarian agencies forums. 

Sylvia is a member of the Global Leadership Interlink whose members are spread and networked across the globe. During her tenure at KIBCo, she has introduced clinical programs like psychometric testing, drug testing among other sought after services.
