Naima serves as vice chair, in the KIBCo board of management. She is an experienced international and public relations, marketing and management professional with a progressive career spanning over 20 years. Currendy, she serves as Chairperson for Protocol and Harvest Festival the Agricultural Society of Kenya; Commander, Public Relations and International Liaison, the Priory Executive Council and chairs the Marketing and Fundraising committee for St. John's Kenya. 

She is a Member of the Professional Trainers Association of Kenya (PTAK). Naima holds a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Sociology from Punjab University, Post Graduate Diploma in Mass Communication, Post Graduate Diploma in Personnel Management and Industrial Relations, Diploma in Public Relations and a host of professional trainings in the areas of strategic development, quality control, management, finance, health, safety and board member participation.
