Professor Gachutha who is the Executive Director serves as the Principal and lead facilitator of KIBCo's team of professionals. Her wide hand on experience in leadership and the training industry has fetched tremendous impact in KIBCo’s administration and general progress. Professor Catherine is the chair Community Anti-Drug Coalitions of Kenya (CADCKE) and represents Community Anti-Drug Coalitions of America (CADCA) locally. She is an appointed Kenya Certification Council member in NACADA, a member of Kenya Bureau of Standards (KEBS) representing Private TVET institutions in Kenya in ensuring quality assurance and a coordinator Maranatha International Counseling Foundation (MICF).

Having progressively been involved in leading roles and task force committees, board and panels charged with diverse mandate in both academic and otherwise; Professor Catherine has demonstrated capacity to offer transformative leadership. She holds a Doctorate in Psychology; Masters in Counseling Studies, and Bachelor in Theology among other credentials.
