Bosire is a trained teacher holding a diploma in technical education-purchasing and supplies option from Kenya Technical Teachers College. He serves as a lecturer KIBCo school of business studies and seats in the college management board. He also has a diploma in purchasing and supplies management from Kabete National Polytechnic. He has further pursued a diploma in counseling psychology (marriage and Family option) examined by KNEC. He has done accounts-Certified Public Accountants (CPA) section one. 

He has six years teaching experience and has taught at various institutions including; Esmart College, Institute of Community Development (ICD), Kabete National Polytechnic, Riruta Business College, Intraglobal Training Institute and now Kenya Institute of Business and Counselling Studies (KIBCo). He is a dedicated worker who has revolutionalized KIBCo working systems and given the institution an edge over others.
